Training Umbrella has a plan to keep all of our guests as safe as possible.
UPDATED June 2022: Training Umbrella no longer has any seating or social distancing guidelines or requirements in place. All meeting spaces and classrooms will be seated normally. Typical seating is 2 people per 6 feet of space/table. No masks are required and masks will no longer be available onsite. If your group would like face masks provided please bring your own or let us know to provide them for a small additional fee. Training Umbrella at this time still does not offer fresh pastries unless requested. All items will be prepacked for the foreseeable future and placed in our snack baskets. Many of more rigorous sanitizing guidelines will stay in place.
UPDATED June 2021: Currently Training Umbrella has lifted all Covid-19 restrictions. We continue to maintain strict cleaning guideline and our continental breakfast items will still be limited to prepacked items. Boxed lunches will continue to be our standard meal options however we can now serve buffet style meals on request.
We have always been a safe and clean space but we have increased our sanitization procedures.
We will be:
- Diligently wiping down surfaces throughout the day
- Prioritizing personal space in classrooms
- Using new cleaning equipment such as UVC sanitation in rooms at the end of each day
- Offering prepackaged breakfast food items
- Offering individually boxed hot and cold lunch. We will not have buffet lunch options available until further notice.
- Upgrading our in-room HVAC systems to include HEPA filters
For a fee, Training Umbrella may offer face masks for class participants along with plexiglass dividers between them. Instructor stations may also include a plexiglass divider.
While physical distancing may be a part of the current times, training, collaboration and connection remain more important than ever — and having a safe place to do that is important. We want our guests to know that they can make Training Umbrella a part of their day and still feel comfortable being with friends and coworkers.
