As a small local, family owned business, our main source of leads come from word of mouth. It’s usually someone who attended a class here and loved it, so they told someone else who then told someone else, and it can keep going.
We love when our clients refer us- it means we did our job right! But this past year or so Training Umbrella has been workshopping with how we can get our name out there even more. We’ve been updating our website, changing policies, and even had the honor of being named a ‘Most Wanted’ nominee with Big Brothers Big Sisters of KC. We may be a small team of 3, but our combined ambition far exceeds our headcount.
Well this year our hard work paid off!
We have been nominated as finalists for the “Best of Johnson County 2026” in the Professional Services category. This is a huge accomplishment for us and we couldn’t be more honored being alongside other local companies. This nomination has put our name in new conversations and allows us to collaborate with new clients. We always work to stay up to date with what companies are needing as far as training and development goes.
Training Umbrella has never shied away from being transparent and open with our clients- we believe it builds a better foundation of trust and respect.
