Something you may not know about Training Umbrella is the fact that we, along with being a corporate meeting space, offer thousands of tests for schools and companies around the country. One of the tests we offer that I am especially passionate about is CLEP testing.
CLEP stands for College Level Examination Program, and for over 50 years they have offered introductory level college course testing for those that feel like they know the course material enough to test out of the class. Essentially, taking a test to pass a college course, at the fraction of the price it would cost to take it at universities.

It blows my mind that schools and teachers don’t market College Board testing more often. I come from a Spanish speaking family and if I had known this existed, I know that I along with so many of my other classmates would’ve ran with this opportunity. If you’re a fluent Spanish speaker then you could easily pass the course levels one & two. It’s just one less class you have to pay to take at college! I’m never one to bring up money in a conversation but I’ll leave it at this: CLEP tests only cost $94, plus a proctored sitting fee which ranges with testing locations.
